Resurrection’s Coming

Religious law had had its way,

In the form of Caiaphas’ Court.

Guilty!  They condemned Him, before day;

Bigotry of the basest sort.

They broke their law, they bent their rule,

The devil had found some useful tool.

Pilate listened with some respect,

Found Him not guilty by his law.
