The Bible – Literally millions have dabbled on the edges of It, worked their way deeper into, labored through Its passages, attempted to mine this Mine all their Christian lives.
The wonder is, It was been entered, explored, searched, investigated, delved into and mined – they have NOT exhausted this rich Book.

Man’s walk is short, at the longest length.
His way is weak, at its strongest strength.
Birth and schooling, and marriage and death
Breeze by. We run, are soon out of breath,
What looked so distant when we were young,
(Our road was untried, our song, unsung)
Clambers up, levels, clatters down hill.
Take the walks, pop vitamins at will
Age still comes. No matter how you “feel,”
Gray hair, wrinkles, glasses are all real.
But don’t worry. Yield to God your ways,
He’s with us. He’s the Ancient of Days.

Frances Ridley Havergal penned the words to, “Who Is on the Lord’s Side?” 10/13/1877. She lived from 1838-1879.
Who is on the Lord’s side? Who will serve the King?
Who will be His helpers, other lives to bring?
Who will leave the world’s side? Who will face the foe?
Who is on the Lord’s side? Who for Him will go?
By Thy call of mercy, by Thy grace divine,
We are on the Lord’s side—Savior, we are Thine!
