“Lord, Teach us to read.”

Entering 1^st grade we read or can’t read. 2^nd grade we are really reading (but can’t imagine how advanced reading can get.)

Some imagine reading when “reading pictures” – my dad took a pic of me “Reading Jack (childhood dog) a ‘tory” both of us sitting in a small wood box.

Some imagine “reading” when the book is upside down. Some enjoy reading – some do not. We can talk about reading to impress people without doing it ourselves.
