The Word

Mat 5. 39 – 42

“But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

“And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also.

“And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

“Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.”

> 2 checks, 2 clothes, 2 miles – Therefore borrowing can be limited to 2 times. Context, Context <

A L Vess quote

“Even the animals, birds, beasts, insects,…have voices for the purpose of understanding each other…Let us not stoop below the animal…world in the church…

where truth is so important and must be understood.”

Of this world

“The world is too much with us…”

If a great English poet (Wm. Wordsworth) could see this –

surely holiness people should.

A bishop was to be un-blamed,

Second, a wife was named.

“Vigilant” was number three

Of what this man was to be.

And – – – God’s grand list is STILL the same. (1Ti 3.2)

If your friend or worse, family member, committed suicide

you’ve probably tried to put a good construct on this unnatural act. That’s understandable. You hope they weren’t responsible before God, and went to heaven. May I ask you to keep your “reasoning” to yourself? Suicide may become more and more accepted as “normal” as this sin-cursed-world winds down. (Some society may even suggest it your “patriotic duty”.) Some person strongly tempted to commit suicide, may hear your logic (perhaps flawed logic), think there is hope, take his own life and go to hell. Your publicized hope for “x” may actually make it easier for a new suicide to occur. Think About It!

It is no more right to take your life than to take some other man’s life.

Matthew 5. 29 – 30

“And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

|And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

God’s first commandment to mankind was; “Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth” (Gen 1.28). Even if God had not condemned sodomy as sin, it would be wrong because it cannot obey this prime command. When husband/wife refuse to have children they also are disobeying God’s directive.

“Thank You”

My SINCERE thanks for visiting this little blog. I’m so glad you came and I hope you come back tomorrow.  I’m not a techie but a retired literature and Bible teacher and pastor trying to extend my influence around the world for Christ.  I do not know (as well as I ought) how to interact with separateholy.com so be patience with my not responding. If you wish some interaction with me come to google plus where (most of the time) I post the same materials.  It seems to my non-geek mind easier to talk with “long-distance friends” there.  Blessings.

The “Natural Woman”

She is becoming an “endangered species.” She once was common in western civilization (except in cities known for their “night-life”). Sightings of her are becoming more rare, even in “careful churches.” The natural woman has nature-colored hair, allowed to be a natural length. She has natural colored skin (including areas around mouth and eyes) and the nails of both hands and feet have nature’s tint.

If you know or are related to any “natural woman” count yourself blessed. Please do all you can to bring back natural women (wives, daughters) from the “edge of extinction.” Thank you.
