“They [the world] say ‘We go to the theatre, play cards, dance, go to football games, horse races,
etc. etc. and so do your church members.’”

Mind/Soul is FREE

The mind cannot be “jailed” nor can man’s spirit be bound. Men are mean and sadistically enjoy being mean to fellowmen, caging, chaining them etc. But mean man cannot confine man’s mind. It is free to float between the tightest bars and over the highest walls. (The Christian mind/soul even more so.)

BODY GUARD

Mans’ body was made to carry the soul;
Not the mind – as Edison said.
Which I’m sure he found out, since he stepped out,
Leaving the living, for the dead.
Yes, the body was made to carry the soul;
The weak to carry the strong,
The shortest lived, its life to give,
To shelter the one that lives long.

Going Blind

When you first attend a compromising church
the drift is strongly evident. After a few services of left-wing music, over-use of lights or candles, and shallow “worship” it doesn’t seem so strange. Gradually (as your spiritual sight darkens) things once cheap become vaguely acceptable. Soon (too soon) you see nothing wrong with their “alternative church style.” Your blindness is complete – only by a great and merciful interference from God will you return to a Spirit-led, true-Lord-honoring, house of worship.
