It may interest you to know I’m working on another degree. Never attended a day of college till after marriage (graduated h.s. May 30, wed June 30); worked (at times two jobs), fathered two sons, and received the BA (in literature) in ‘67. Twenty years later (had started earlier MA; God stopped it) the Lord directed to Wesley Biblical Seminary, where with His definite help, I received the MA in Biblical Literature in ‘90.
Between BA and MA and more so since, I’ve pursued the SMH. It is the hardest/easiest of the degrees on which I have worked and will require the rest of my days to finish. SMH stands for Servant of the Most High. The Instructor is ever present and the Absolute Best; in fact He’s “out of this world”!
If you haven’t enrolled, I strongly encourage you to join up. No BA or MA is required (not even h.s.). You’ll find it the greatest challenge of your life but worth every hour spent in Bible Study and Prayer.
