A house may be built with boards and bricks
Masons and carpenters thus get their “kicks,”
But a home is built of love.
Materials (above) have their widths and lengths
Are know for their endurance and strengths,
But a home is built of love.
Houses, cute or crude, have their dimension
Answering to the architect’s imagination.
Houses may be short or tall
Behind country fence or cultured wall,
Be of some value, or cheaply made
Easy to defend or easy to invade,
But the best house is a tent compared
To the home love built, fitted and squared
That home, made of Love, Love, Love.
