Sabbath is past – Lord’s Day is here

There are huge dangers pressing Christians. One tries to make you think you should backslide to worshipping on the 7^th day. Those pushing this make it appear more “spiritual” and try to connect it with the 10 Commandments. BEWARE. Christ refers to only part of the 10 in His earthly ministry: Mar 10.19 Thou knowest the commandments, do not commit adultery, do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, defraud not, honor thy father & mother; sabbath not mentioned. Luk 18.20 Thou knowest the commandments, do not commit adultery, do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, honor thy father & thy mother; sabbath not mentioned. Paul likewise does not mention the sabbath in his list, Rom 13.9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not bear false witness, thou shalt not covet…thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. The Judaizers seem willing to ignore the FACT that our Lord arose on the First Day. He (and His Father) could have so easily arranged that He Resurrect on the 7^th day. The regressive move to jewishness is a move away from Jesus. BEWARE.

The “atheist” is a wannabe

He WANTS to believe there’s no God. He doesn’t like God looking over his shoulder as he sins. He dislikes God’s Holy Book (It “has his number” Twice, Psa 14.1& 53.1). And he hates the teaching of a Final White Throne Judgment (Rev 20.11-12). He really is to be pitied. On one side he seems to imagine this world of order, reproduction, and beauty came about from mere “luck,” or “chance” (what an imagination) but on the other side he’s so unimaginative that he didn’t even come up with an original name – his 7 letter name borrowed 6 letters from God’s man, the theist.

Neither heaven nor hell has an “atheist.”
