Quit adding up

Your wife/husband does something that “bugs” you a little J (a lot L ). Remember, if that’s the worst thing they do, you have a lot for which to be thankful. “But they do this, and this too!” Quit adding up OR if you insist on adding up his/her faults, add up yours also; the lists may balance each other.

Both cannot be GOD’S WORD

Dear native English speaker

– To accept any modern English version of the Bible as God’s Word, is by virtue of logic, to reject the CLASSIC King James Bible. Both cannot be GOD’S WORD. Imagine (not my original idea) that some day you stand in court and are asked, “Do you believe the Bible?” When (hopefully) your answer is “Yes,” the next question may be “Which One?”

Friend, do serious, personal research, now (go to several/many sources) so that that day does not catch you unaware.

Grow Up

God does not play games – children do. God does not invent games – children do (and some grown-ups – to make money). Paul writes of putting “away childish things” (1Co 11.11). An affluent influence pulls men to remain boys in time/money and spend both time/money on games and play. By contrast, God’s man, walking in step with the Eternal, has little time for man’s passing “time-killing-games.”

Refuse to die for any cause – – –

God does not ask you

does not require you, to give your life for any, A-N-Y worldly cause. Don’t allow family, “church family,” nor culture to tell you otherwise. Men want to control you, your money, and your body (i.e. life) for their “greatness” or the cause their imagination has stated is great. No party, no union, no church, no “liberation movement,” no hyped-up event nor strike/revolution is worthy of your life.

Refuse to die for any cause but the eternal cause of Jesus Christ.
