Questions about Prayer
Posted in uncategorized, tagged Questions about Prayer on November 4, 2016| Leave a Comment »
Do you pray? Do you enjoy praying? To whom do you pray? What is prayer to you?
Where is the most likely place your family will find you praying? When is your customary prayer time?
Why do you pray? Is prayer a form or is it a vital part of your everyday life?
WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO ANSWER THESE Q. TO YOURSELF?
If you will get alone with God and honestly answer these questions, it will possibly improve your prayer life.

Let me love those to my left
Let me love those to my right
And, let me love those, who
Unless they change,
Are headed for eternal night.

Be Thankful
Posted in uncategorized, tagged Be Thankful on November 4, 2016| Leave a Comment »
A segment of the commercial world is stealing/ignoring Thanksgiving.
Some of them move from the shameful day (halloween) directly to secularly designated “Christmas” images. Giving of Thanks – especially to God – seems not to fit in our increasingly worldly world. On the national scene, Thanksgiving is the holiday which is most American. True, the pilgrims were not perfect (actually were behind the martyrdom of some Quakers) but they were Thankful and despite modern slander, seemed to some extent to get along with the “Indians.”
Do not allow Thanksgiving to disappear from your family traditions.
