A fair number of men are seen by their fellows as “Biblical scholars.” Heaven knows the exact number of men who are saints. (These figures, with little doubt, do not match.) Some of the most saintly men are deeper thinkers than the world knows (or is willing to admit).

corrupt cultures

There’s been a purposeful push by corrupt cultures

to make girls into “boys” and boys into “girls.” Dad, do all in your power to teach (& show by example) your son how to walk, dress, work, sit/stand, and think/talk like a man. Mom, do all you can to teach (& show by example) your daughter how to walk, dress, work, sit/stand, and think/talk like a lady. (Grandma/grandpa if you don’t agree stay out of the way – said kindly, but firmly.) These are not easy jobs; they’ll not happen automatically. A manly man is attractive to a lady and a true lady is attractive to a man.

Ask God to help you – men and women ARE His natural divisions.

From “bad” to “worse”

If you start allowing yourself to watch hollywood movies and still want to profess Christianity you have taken on a huge job – that of sorting out the ones “bad” from the “worse” and the “worst.” (My 3 categories have nothing to do with ratings [R or X etc.] nor what a movie critic says – I speak of sin.) And, once you start this, unless you are mighty careful/super disciplined you’ll slip into the next lower category and will have gone from “bad” to “worse.”

Few fictional movies are inspired by God

Few, if any, fictional movies are inspired by God.

(Maybe a few biographical movies, Maybe?) If the above is as true as I think, there’s but one other spirit – satan – to “inspire” the huge movie industry (& it IS just that, an industry). One source [Stephen Follows] shows nearly 3000 movies made in a recent year in India, Nigeria, & US alone. Does satan have an agenda? Of course! I beg you Friend, stop your addiction to movies, even those labeled “christian.”

Christ is THE WORD – not the movie. (I hate to put His Illustrious name in the same sentence with “movie.”)
