Bible – corn

“A Bible is a Bible.” Is this true? “An ear of corn is an ear of corn.” If you’re a tune to genetically modified foods you know the last statement is false. If you’re a tune to translationally modified “bibles” you know the first statement is false. Christ said, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me” (Joh 12.32). Bibles that LIFT up Jesus Christ & never detract from Him being the Son of God are Bibles. A book (though labeled “bible”) which removes passages glorifying Jesus Christ is not to be trusted.

Death is not if, but when

Bike Accidents.

A friend whose relative bikes said, “It’s not if, but when;” bicyclists have accidents.

Death. Death is not if but when. You’re going to die. I’m going to die. My parents/yours died (or will).

Ignoring death is an option – (most of us did when younger). But ignoring death is not a smart option. “What is smart?” Prepare for death. You memorized Joh 3.16, now think about it and ACT on it.

You don’t have to “perish” if, IF you Believe on Christ.

Dirt is not at ease

The world will go to a worldly church and feel good about going. Worldly souls should feel welcomed at church by smiles and personal warmth but sinners should never feel 100% comfortable in church. Dirt is not at ease when sparkly clean is near.
