“A Bible is a Bible.” Is this true? “An ear of corn is an ear of corn.” If you’re a tune to genetically modified foods you know the last statement is false. If you’re a tune to translationally modified “bibles” you know the first statement is false. Christ said, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me” (Joh 12.32). Bibles that LIFT up Jesus Christ & never detract from Him being the Son of God are Bibles. A book (though labeled “bible”) which removes passages glorifying Jesus Christ is not to be trusted.
