“Old time religion will keep you out of the grave longer
and get you out sooner.”

Another to pray
Posted in uncategorized, tagged Another to pray on April 12, 2017| Leave a Comment »
I am not a great prayer but I believe the following. It’s one thing to talk about prayer, another to pray. It’s one thing to preach about prayer, another to pray. It’s one thing to have a conference on prayer, another to pray. It’s one thing to write about prayer but it’s another thing to simply, fervently pray. It seems to me, all of the above are easier and perhaps garner more man praise than to consistently, secretly seek God’s face.

Please be willing to s-e-r-i-o-u-s-l-y consider three questions: 1.) Should modern Israel be perfectly equated with pre-Christ Israel? 2.) Should Zionism be 100% equated with Jewishness? 3.) Should the six-pointed star be equated with the star in Amos 5.26, Acts 7.43?

Candy Onions

The garden “called.”
What’s a gardener (even a poor one like me) to do but answer? Planted 95 onion plants (“candy onion” – allegedly similar to Walla-Walla or Vidalia but for my hardness zone) in raised-bed #3. My wife and I both like onions (raw & cooked) and as a fellow-worker told Carson Scarbrough yrs ago, “Onions are good for your guts!” J First thing, but have snap peas soaking overnight to plant tomorrow, Lord willing.
Love to see Growth and love to eat “Garden fresh.”
