Convinced that you can speak/write the language Christ spoke on earth? Good, if you truly do — Shame on you if it’s a bragging point. It is *far* better to know Christ & hold communion with Him daily, than to merely know a language He supposedly spoke. BTW, Christ speaks/understands /your/ native tongue & that, Friend is beyond an ancient tongue. It is Wonderful!

Sky Way
We’d be totally lost, entirely undone
Had not God had a Son (an only One)
Who was willing, yet not wanting, to die.
His costly death, now centuries gone by
Provides man’s sole route beyond the sky.
This Christ, my soul hath fully won.

You are going to die. Where will you be when your funeral is in progress? “I’ll go into oblivion; I’m just an animal as evolution teaches.” What if evolution’s wrong? [It definitely is!] What if 15 seconds after death you’re in hell? “I don’t believe in hell.” Friend, your failure to believe in hell won’t make it 1 degree cooler. Since you know death is coming the only smart thing to do is to prepare. Today. Jesus saves!

“Holiness means pure thoughts, pure intentions, pure motives, pure words, pure actions.
It is the purity of heaven brought down to earth…exhibited in a pure life…”
– J M Pike, from his /The Double Cure/
My parents raised me to not call anybody a liar. Such training may’ve saved me from someone re-arranging my face. I’d encourage you to avoid calling any man a liar. But I’d equally encourage you to recognize & call satan a liar for that is exactly what he is. Every lie on the face of the earth has its roots in his wicked nature.

Mat 5. 8
“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.”
“My country right or wrong” is blindly, sadly wrong. When applied to your school it is incorrect. When said about your denomination it’s still incorrect. Truth seekers – not in name only but true Truth seekers – are not “married to” country, college, or church. We can lose our souls & our kid’s souls by blind “loyalty” to anything o-t-h-e-r t-h-a-n C-h-r-i-s-t.

General Rules of the United Societies (Methodist History) – Wesley, 1739
…avoiding evil…that which is most generally practiced…(as)
* singing those songs, or reading those books, which do not tend to the knowledge or love of God.*
