The trick to staying warm is to keep the outside, OUTSIDE. (And the inside, INSIDE.)
Same applies spiritually – keep the world outside your soul.

PRIDEFUL
Prideful man wants you to think he knows a lot.
(Whether he knows half that much – or not.)
It gets worse with more letters behind his name;
His self-importance becomes his shame.
God wants to remove arrogance; it’s a blot.

Leftwing preachers/pastors have discovered an easy life: preach a little truth (not the whole), rake in offerings which allow them to build greater, more impressive buildings, which in turn attract more wealthy givers and all the time make these followers feel good about themselves (instead of being under conviction for sin). They may think it a “great scheme,” but it will end as earth ends. Preacher and many of his followers (unsaved though “reformed”) will, sadly, be lost.

Mat 6.19
“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:”
Both the immodest and the modest can falsely “glory” in their appearance.
