*Entertainment* Let me be frank, I don’t understand the “need” for so much entertainment. Relaxation? I understand resting/change of pace. I don’t understand paying “big buck$,” traveling a bunch of miles, fighting for a parking spot, sitting (rain or comfort) to watch some guys do this-or-that, stumbling back to a car, creeping from crammed parking lot, driving a jammed 4-lane & getting less sleep. What good did it do? “It’s family-time.” Is this what you want your family to cherish? Life is more than entertainment!

Jesus is the Way
This applies to our everyday
Up hill and down
Mid smiles, the occasional frown.
Always take His Way.
Jesus is the Truth
Applies to you and Moabitish Ruth
Across millennia and tired miles
In spite of lying “bits” and files
Let Him be your Truth.
Jesus is Life
Applies beyond present struggles and strife
Be brave
There IS life beyond the grave
True for Adam, true for you
Live His Life.

* DD or DD* Discipline, Denial, Devotion, Delight: do the 1st two or 2nd two, describe your relationship with God? A born-again soul, maturing in the faith, experiences discipline & denial. (A legalist can have both & “glory” in them.) They can attract the attention/admiration, of those seeking to “work their way” to heaven. (Working your way to heaven never, repeat /never/ works.) But the soul given to Devotion, to simply adoring the Lover of his soul, & who Delights in His presence, is the happier, more holy soul.

How open are you to Truth? Honestly? Or (somewhat reverse) How open are you to the idea that you’ve been lied to? “Who would want to lie to me?” That group/org that wants to make $ off of your ignorance. That group/org that wants to hide God from you. Or that group/org that wants you to follow them into false worship.

God Himself is Light (1Jo 1.5b), He made the organs of Light: sun, moon, stars, & He said, “Ye are the Light of the world” (Mat 5.14). Have the impression that Light is important to the Father? You’re right. How much do you like Light? Enough to walk – ahem (clearing of throat) – *today* in all the Light He has given you? Do, Friend, do.
