Mat 10.1 + + + +

Mat 10.1 And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to HEAL all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. (emphasis added)

 

 

Don’t be too concerned about the deeds/words for which you’ll be remembered. For one thing, none of us will be remembered long. (Quick, without looking it up, name your four (4) great grandfathers.) The short time we are remembered, may well be for our love for “x” “y” “z” rather than some ideal we pushed. (Will that first love be our Love for God?)

“Whew, I got it read – my chapter a day, to keep the devil away.” Admittedly there are rushed AMs or days when an alarm fails. But make those the exceptions. By retiring a bit earlier you will be able to spend quality time with the timeless Book. Feed on the Word: if you need the Milk of the Word use that, if you’re able to chew the Meat of the Word do that. Please, my Friend do not shorten your time with the Holy Bible.
