Please, for your soul’s sake don’t become obsessed with “miracles.” As the age closes, you may see more supposed “miracles.” The devil was unable to bring fire to the sacrifice on Mt. Carmel but will bring down fire in the future “…Maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth…”(Rev 13.13). Let your emphasis be on salvation & holiness not on “miracles.”

I LOVE YOU LORD
I love you Lord Jesus, I love you fine Lord,
Who can wondrously, carelessly, joyfully afford,
To wind up your wind machine and run it all night,
To help humble Jews escape Egypt, in flight.
It plowed through the Sea called red burrowing, pushing
Water to north of it, water to south creating an isthmus
Creating the opposite of a stream mouth
The wind came from the east, plowing a groove
Of dry sandy marching ground in the sea’s belly,
Pilling water north of it, stacked up like jelly,
And water to south of it equally stood,

And when you were done proving You could
Do what those gods were falsely proclaimed,

You closed up your wind machine, closed it so tightly,
Egyptians were caught in it, sadly but mightily.

My wife told our children many years ago to be friends with their siblings. Other friends come & go but you’ll be related to your sister/brother all of life. She/he may not be perfect (like you are 😉 but overlook a quirk or two & embrace the rest. Be such good friends that your children see that & can freely fellowship with their first cousins. Family unity should not be taken for granted but it can happen & should. And – – – YOU are a Key to your family loving each other across generations.

Do not make converts to “your position.” In stead, through private & corporate Bible study, through thorough searching of Scriptures, & openness in holy prayer, bring your friends & you to a fuller view of God’s & His timeless word. It, not our position, is what will count as we, via death, change worlds.
