Many children (& adults) wear clothing/caps with logos & names from hollywood (& its twin) disney films. Younger people have grown up seeing comic strip characters, Saturday AM cartoon creatures, other make-believe “beings” emblazoned on shirts & take it as a part of culture. Ah. What culture? We know “talking” animals, “flying” men/women, “magical” beasts do Not exist. We know hollywood nor disney have shown any love for God. Why are we, as Christians, helping spread their falseness? Please cease & desist.

NOW
I was once your age,
On the ladder of life,
Climbing rung by happy rung,
Glimpsed what was “the rage,”
Sidestepped the strife,
Sang what was then sung.
Life has turned a page,
For me and my dear wife,
We are no longer “young,”
But we’re enjoying this stage
With its blessing so rife.
Blessing o’er head are hung.
Enjoy living, youth or sage.
Love each stage of your life!

The devil wants to divide us: Republican/Democrat, Chevy/Ford, “gold”/“green” (teams), for police/not for police, “X” university/“Y” university, support military/not support, etc. Such divisions (& hype about them) are distractions from “death, sod, & God” – things about which we should be thinking. Give God your soul & love people regardless of “party.”
