If the “holiness preacher” does not preach holiness – who will? I fear too many “holiness” pastor’s messages & yes, many “holiness” evangelist’s sermons, could be preached in non-holiness pulpits & not “ruffle a feather.” It’s not enough to say, “God is Holy,” not enough to say, ‘Heaven is Holy” our pulpits need to proclaim “YOU can & Must be holy – unless you are, you’ll miss heaven.” – 2/13/20

I need to be a learner

In the great school of the Lord.

To be absent or miss class

Are “cuts” I can’t afford.


What does He want to teach me?

What lesson I’ve not learned?

Hell has the torments of no-water, flame, memory. These have to be horrible, beyond our earth-side ability to comprehend. Is that all? No. The rich man (Luk 16) could SEE Abraham & Lazarus. He could see what he’d missed. Friend, please come to Christ & believe His Word. Hell will be worse – if that’s possible – because of viewing (maybe without being able to look-away) the wonders of Heaven. – 2/13/20

“Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God,

than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;”


“But – sinners have so much fun.” Well, yes, Scriptures do speak of “pleasures of sin,” so a quick glance at sin might look like “fun.” The Book goes on to limit pleasures “for a season.” The most wealthy, more famous sinner dies. That could be called his “season.” However, they may have lung cancer, syphilis, cirrhosis of the liver etc. which shortens their “season.” Eternity in hell is a long time to pay for such a short, short season. The Christian life has no glitz, no hollywood “lights” – some see it as dull. Wait. You’re just seeing this “season.” We’ll someday walk on gold & that’s just the beginning. – 2/13/20
