2Ch 20.20b
“Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established;
believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.”
“Revival must ever relate to holiness.”
– Duncan Campbell
So – you’ve perfected that very difficult technique, Or you’ve achieved your highest goal, Or you’ve managed to assemble the largest collection of “x” on the earth – – – But, now it’s time to die. Will the above matter when you’ve allow your never-dying soul to shriveled & dry, dry & die spiritually? 3/21/20
“Let us come back to preaching rugged, biblical,
convincing messages on holiness as a second blessing.”
– D Shelby Corlett
A DAY’S DIFFERENCE
Yesterday he walked this “cool” earth
Or roamed it in auto or plane
Living for song or shallow mirth
Spending cash like he was insane.
Yesterday he & “wife” were dudes
(Was she number three, number four?)
Morality? “Oh, don’t be prudes,
Have women, have women galore.”
Yesterday wine & whiskey flowed
Supposed good-times “Were had by all”
How many wild oats were then sowed
With no thought of harvest or fall.
Nasty death came – found him at last
His pressure took a drastic drop
Humor, hilarity were past —
He’s in the undertaker’s “shop.”
Odd story? A saga that’s rare?
No, friend, death’s also on your trail.
Now’s your time to fully prepare
Fly to Christ – He’s not known to fail.

How mature to you require your child to be before he’s allowed to have his own phone?
What is your child allowed to see on his phone?
Does he know you well enough to know you WILL pull the phone if he’s caught watching “X”
(or will you let him slide by)?
Who is paying for your child to have his/her cell phone? – 3/21/20
“All the monuments of this century [3rd] which have come down to us show that there was a great increase in ceremonies…the use of incense was now introduced at least into many churches.”
– Johann Lorenz von Mosheim
Psa 101.3
“I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work
of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.”
Many parents choose to watch a “family” movie instead of reading a book together. Sadly, some of these parents go to church, even profess to have holy hearts. Why do they do this? It’s easier. It’s easier for you, Dad/Mom, you don’t have to read. (It can be work to read well, even if you’re a decent reader.) It’s easier for the children – they enjoy (too much) all the action of the movie. And – hear me – It’s easier for hollywood/disney dump its lust for the world directly into your precious son/daughter’s mind. STOP. Please don’t let disney/hollywood into the sanctity of your holy home. – 3/21/20
“We are not diplomats but prophets &
our message is not a compromise but an ultimatum.”
– A W Tozer
