The news wants you to believe what they told you (that’s their assigned “job”). When you start to doubt what they say (don’t forget they’re reading what they’re *given to read*) they & those for whom they work get worried. If you doubt today’s pronouncement, you might doubt what they spout tomorrow. If this continues you’ll reach the point you doubt their “reason” for towers coming down. (And back beyond that other “stories.” It is PAST time to doubt. – 9/1/21

I believe every word of the OT, preach/teach from It, memorize from It, love many of Its stories, poems, maxims but I am a NT Christian, as are *all* followers of Jesus. The OT can’t decide our ethics of war, nor importance of wealth, nor the boundaries of Christian weddings. NT saints don’t wear the jewelry the OT seems to condone, seek the revenge It shows, nor worship on the day It demands. The OT pointed toward a specific place of worship – the NT does not. The OT restricted the Jews to certain foods – the NT does not. The OT allowed the killing of enemies – the NT does not. – 9/8/21
that Spring Thursday night
O-o-oh someday I’ll see the King in His beauty.
Someday all heaven will dazzle my sight
Someday I’ll finish my last “daily-duty”
And it all began that Spring, Thursday night.
None of us are good enough for heaven

Someday dad, you’ll lead the last Family Altar – last for a member or last for you. Children marry, leave home or die & of course death awaits you too. Ask God for a revival around your Family Altar. God’s sweet presence is still possible (as in days of yore) if you seek Him. Not all Devotional times are alike (nor should we try to make them so) but live, Dad, so that the Holy Ghost is free to come in HIS delightful way & in HIS holy variety. Your wife, your child needs this. – 9/12/21

There are only two(2) spirits in the world: GOD & the one who tried to unseat Him, failed, & is doomed for the lake of fire(Rev 20.10). If you go to a religious meeting (indoor/outdoors) (formal/informal) & people start swaying to “music” or raising their hands/voices or otherwise obeying a “spirit” & you sense it’s an unholy spirit; Leave. Flee! Get out. Some of those thus responding once perhaps attended a true Holy Ghost service & are playing “make believe” that this spirit is of God. You see it is not. Flee. – 9/12/21
