The doctor’s degree (genuine or “fake” by secular standards) did him no good. He went to hell with many “less brainy” than he was. Not necessarily because he was “Dr” but because he failed to call on the Lord & keep calling/depending on Him. While far, far above a man with little formal training is enjoying heaven, enjoying It to the max, right beside a man called doctor on earth, but they both believed on the Lord Jesus Christ & kept believing until they died. Degrees matter not in Eternity. – 9/17/21

Years ago I took a stand against a ventriloquist scheduled at a supposed “holiness” gathering. Since then this vaudeville-type show seems on the increase. If you’re tempted to go to such or, Heaven forbid, schedule such, please read this definition: “Late Latin ventriloquus “person who appears to produce speech sounds from within his or her body (as during spirit possession or under control of a deity)” (from Latin ventr-, venter “belly, abdomen”…” – online Merriam-Webster Brother/Sister Please, these do NOT belong in any evangelical or holiness church/school function. – 9/17/21

There’s nothing real about drama! The stage is made to look like what is NOT. What sounds like “thunder” is metal being warped (plus your imagination). The man “killed” on stage is (thankfully) not. The actor is as fake as he can make himself. The most real thing is money you paid (& sadly it’s just printed paper). Stop attending shows/acting. There will be NO drama in Heaven. There will be NO drama in hell. Stop believing “Make Believe.” This nonsense is pushed, so you won’t think about hell. – 9/17/21

Please don’t be impressed that a man can preach. (After all, they teach that in Bible college.) Don’t be impressed that he can lead a service with finesse – do something often enough you can usually repeat it. Definitely don’t be impressed that he says, “In the original…” (That may be said to discourage using the Wonderful, Classic King James.) Be impressed that when he prays you feel the presence of God settle into the service. Be impressed that he loves people but More, that he loves God. – 9/18/21
