There is a filling with God’s Holy Spirit initially & there are subsequent fillings. One could argue that the jostles of life, wear & tear of battles, or the heat of the day (“evaporation”) tend to lower the Spirit level & we need re-filled. Or one could say that the capacity of the soul increases as he grows with God & there’s now *more room to hold more of Him. In either case God is capable of filling us “on the run” but there’s also (& importantly) a time to rest & seek more of Him. – 5/14/22

Every person on the face of earth has a relationship with God. That relationship may be horrible – because they’ve chosen to hate Him (God doesn’t hate them – if they say *that* they’re believing a lie of satan [who DOES hate them]). Or, Praise the Lord, the relationship with God may be very honorable – because they Love God & hold Him in highest respect. Dear colleague, what is YOUR relationship with Jesus? You can – if you will – love Him with all your heart. Do that. – 5/16/22

Once you know what God (not you – GOD) wants you to do in life, head toward it. If you have to take small steps, take them. If within wks or months God allows bigger steps take them. Be aware He may again give you a mile (or miles) of small steps again (after the bigger ones); take the smaller ones again. You may question yourself; do NOT question God unless it is with UPMOST reverence (“…Holy & Reverend is HIS name” Psa 111.9) Do God’s will, if it kills you. It did John the Baptist. – 5/16/22
Heb 11.6

A man’s heroes tell you a lot about him. If his heroes are hard working men, he may aspire to be a mighty man. If his heroes are actors, mere imitators of reality, he may be headed toward falseness & fakery. If the greatest men in “his book” were men who lived & died for God (whether he actually knew them or not) he may become a seeker after righteousness. “O God, protect the church from men who have cheap heroes – give us men who admire those who admired You. Amen.” – 5/19/22
