Some, perhaps most of what I write, I’m seeking to prevent sin/backsliding/compromise rather than convert those already hooked. (It would be wonderful, tho, if some post arrests someone’s attention & they came back. Praise God.) Therefore, if you, reader are tempted to be angry with me, please understand I seek to keep innocent souls from venturing down wrong paths. I’m trying to wave a flag of warning here, ring a bell there, so satan does not fool another youth & drag him to perdition. – 5/24/22

MALE LEADERS. #1 God has chosen that women not lead men. (Mothers lead boys to a certain stage & must learn how to “let go.”). Sadly the world & many worldly-leaning churches are going the opposite direction. They’re not Biblical to have a woman in the position of “pastor” or “evangelist.” Women should not teach a Sun. Sch. class of mixed men & women. They, of course should never lead a camp or conference. “But I suffer not a woman to teach nor to usurp authority over the man”(1Ti 2.12). – 5/30/22

PASTOR’s WIFE. Just today as I was putting in some (late) garden I prayed for a sister which I hope is being faithful to God (as far as I know she is). Her husband concerns me. If you, my sister in Christ, are supporting your man & he is showing signs of compromise, I urge you to double your prayers. Don’t nag but if he offers a choice between a lesser way & the careful way always take (& help him take) the narrow road. Heaven’s reward day will be worth it; perhaps salvaging a man who’s slipping. – 5/30/22

Home School – History *should be a challenge to the home schooler. Don’t give your child a “history” of French & Indian, Revolutionary, Civil, Spanish-American, WWI, WWII, Korean, Vietnam, & think you’ve done your duty. America is greater, thank God, than war, war, war. Vessels sailed across the Atlantic with Pilgrims, Quakers, Baptists & Methodists. Different boats went up & down rivers. Farms started. Christian schools came into being. Preachers preached. Inventions were made; these need taught. – 6/2/22
