LOOK UP #3. God is not a mere artist; His once-seen-and-never-seen-again skies (in that exact way) are not art. It far, Far, FAR exceeds such a human word. Look up. Enjoy the every changing colors of His heavens. Look North, East, West, South – now you have the N.E.W.S. from God’s sky. Look those same directions an hour from now & you’ll see the coloration has varied – perhaps in one quarter (or another) drastically. His blues have fantastic variety; as do His grays & reds & ___ (you name a hue). – 12/29/22

DEBT. #2. Do not go into debt! “I have to…” or “I can resell & make maga-bucks.” There’s a satisfaction to living debt-free. “Bryan, I like a higher life-style than some do.” My ear “hears” you but if the “bottom falls out” it is better to have lived simply than to have a car or house re-possessed. I pastored a man who told of a relative owing only one(1) payment on their home when the depression hit – – – Bank took it. Please, for the testimony of Christ, & for your sake, remove yourself from DEBT danger. – 12/31/22

PRAYER LIFE # 1. Like to improve your prayer life? The words “pray ye” are found 5 times from Christ; thrice (Mat), once each (Mar & Luk). Please NOTE nearly identical lines: “Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that he will send forth laborers into his harvest”(Mat 9.38) & “…Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that he would send forth laborers into his harvest”(Luk 10.2). Oh, Friend – – – I have no better suggestion to improve Your. Prayer. Life. than these Words of our Savior. – 1/1/23

Do your at-home-children see you making efforts to memorize Scripture? Any efforts at all? If children see that the Bible (& knowing part of It by heart) is important to Dad & Mom they may want to engage in committing verses of God’s word to memory themselves. Your attitude toward the Holy Bible shows up in what you say & do. It also, BTW, it may show up in what you DO NOT say or do. Be a home where Bible memorization is practiced. – 1/1/23
