NEEDS #5. At the same time that you’re saving water, storing food, & preparing for lower (or no heat) I urge you to downsize your dwelling & move to a rural setting. A country setting (you may have to change states L) is more likely to allow you to heat with wood. Note: make sure, SURE your wood stove is safe. Have a professional install a triple-walled stove pipe or inspect a current chimney – DO this. A fire must be a horrible thing. Wood heat is great but be careful to be safe! – 12/31/22

Is it a burden for worldly women to wear skirts? If so – why? If not a burden, why do 1000s of women (some who go to evangelical or “holiness” churches) appear at stores, gas stations, other public places wearing pants, tights, shorts. Thank God, my wife hasn’t “felt the need” to dress like this. I’m very glad we have two daughters who wear skirts & tops or dresses all the time. And, to God be the glory, we’re blessed to have 7 granddaughters who also dress as ladies. Thanks Girls! – 1/3/23

“We’ll have entertainment to get them to church & then we’ll show them Jesus.” This false thinking has at least two problems. 1.) Too many times if you have to use toys & games to “get them to church” you’ll have to keep up (even increase) the fun & frolic to keep them coming. 2.) The shallow souls [do not mean say this to be “mean” but it is too true] who are all for the church having “entertainment” are often not in spiritual condition to Pray People Through to Life-changing victory. – 1/5/23

HOBBY #2. As probably expected, in addition to not spending too much money I’d warn don’t waste too much time. Keep your hobby just that, a hobby. Have it was something you “go to” to relax. If you are not retired, make it something you do only on a day off. If you are retired, keep the hobby to 2-3 days a week or to certain hours of the day. If/when you allow the hobby to become an obsession, when you have to have the next “x” or MUST build a new “y” it can lose its fun. – 1/6/23
