Act 3.6

“Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.”

A daily association with God (two-way communion) in addition to a daily assimilating of Bible truths makes sinners hungry, strengthens believers, feeds the sanctified, & (if I perceive things correctly) gladdens the Father heart of God at the same time.

THY KINGDOM COME

Egypt waxed great, then, it had its wane.

Assyria peaked, then, took the same train.

Babylon once had its cool, cruel day.

The Medes & Persians also went away.

The Greeks came & the Greeks went [1]

Rome’s still (incognito) behind the event

And mingles with “democratic” men

But will fall, to never, ever rise again.

Men’s plans bring about zero sums.

Hark, The Final Sovereignty soon comes!

(Be born into His Kingdom & hold fast.)

The increase of His government will ever last.

– eab, 3/2/18

Rev 15.2

“And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.”

The person with the most education in my wife’s family, as she was growing up was a physician who married her dad’s little sister. He was from Memphis but opened his practice in rural in East Tennessee. To the mountaineers living on the hills & “up them hollers” he was Dr. Van Hook! That title & name in some cabins would’ve been said with a feeling bordering on awe. But to my wife he was Uncle Stony. The people knew who he *was* but to her, though respected, he was a relative. God to some folks is distant, powerful, awful but when you’re Born Anew He is seen/felt on an entirely different level. Praise the Lord.

“This world is like a highway on which are two groups … some glad and some sad

… some are going home and others into exile.”
