*Life, death* We live in a world of life & death. We embrace the one – abhor the other. Abhor it or not, we live facing death, everyday walking towards its final door. Death is the end of life – or – is it? Beyond death is Life for the saint, life everlasting, life which has no death, at the end. But beyond death for the sinner is a second death (Rev 2.11ff), a death, if you’ll allow the idea, without life, ever. *Now*, we have a glimpse of each – do we want Life or do we want death?

BLIND?
‘Twould be sad to awaken blind
And suddenly to realize,
You had no use of any kind
For your two, now sightless eyes.
The dilemma would be more sad,
If looking back in your new “night,”

Parents – you have no better advisor than God, the Father. A.) He is the original Father. B.) He is the oldest Father. C.) Is the most loving Father. D.) Is the Father Who is always right. Looking another way, God the Son, A.) Understands Son-ship like no other. B.) Has a co-equal, yet in subjection relationship with the Father. C.) Always gets along perfectly with His Father. And God the Spirit is ever present to give both you & your child leadership.

*Carnal or Not?* When buying fine china hold the base with fingertips of one hand & slightly flip the upper edge with a finger nail of the other. You should hear a high-pitched “ping.” If the cup/bowl/pitcher is cracked you’ll hear a dull, less interesting sound – set it down & walk away. When the world taps (or even slaps) a holy person there’s a true “ring.” But if carnality’s present there’s a difference /they-can-hear/. (I bought/sold a few antiques yrs ago – 1st business card was “Heritage Antiques & Accents” on what Cincy folks later knew as “Hamburger Alley.”
