US President Cut His Own Salary

The President of theUnited States of America

cut his salary by fifteen percent (15%).  

Great news!

 

Sadly, it is great OLD news. 

It was Herbert Hoover who did this. 

Hoover cut his salary on July 15, 1932.

 

It would help America in untold ways if all,

ALL government employees

(city, county, state, federal)

would cut their huge paychecks by 15%.
