It’s a wonderful thing to know   (song)

In this journey here below,

He loves me, He loves me.

Now I have no worries or frets,

He forgives and forgets,

He loves me, He loves me.

He sees the sparrow when it falls,

Hears the saint every time he calls,

The very hairs of your head have numbers,

He never sleeps, and He never slumbers.

It’s a wonderful thing to know

In this journey here below,

He loves me, He loves me.

Refrain

O the wonder of it all,

The wonder of it all,

Just to think that God loves me

O the wonder of it all,

The wonder of it all,

Just to think that God loves me

2.

There’s the wonder of springtime and harvest

The sky, the stars, the sun

But the wonder of wonders that thrills my soul

Is the wonder that’s only begun.
