Search me, O God,
And know my heart today;

J. (James) Edwin Orr died this date, 4/22/1987 at Ridgecrest, North Carolina. He was born1/12/1912 at Belfast,Ireland. Paul W. (Wood) Finch, a sound Holiness minister who evangelized in Ireland for three years in the 50’s told me he had spoken (at least once) when Orr was in the audience.
The above was penned in 1936. Orr is said for have written the words at a revival meeting in New Zealand.
