Translation Trouble – 1Co 6.9
AV “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,”
NKJV – Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals,
Why did the “translators” leave out
“effeminate”? Men are glad God made
them men! Women are happy to be
God-made women! The “effeminate”
smears the line between GOD’S categories.
