- Fiber – eat those raw fruits/veggies – in addition to good meat
- Exercise – walking/climbing stairs are good exercises – no need for bikes/gyms
- Water – do you drink 8 8’s a day? – tea, coffee, coke don’t count as water
- Sleep – get 8 hrs (forget 11 o’clock news) – as you age, take unashamed naps J
Your body needs F.E.W.S. You can trade cars – you have 1 body for life!

On the Lord’s Day? He gave you six to work your might.

Many professed “christians” are being careless about the movies & sci-fi they’re permitting themselves to view. You say, “I can see a film (hollywood or “christian”) & sort it out – I’m an adult.” (As-an-aside, even if you fully can – which I doubt – your impressionable child may not be able.) You probably have a scene plastered to your mind’s wall of which you’re hardly aware. You may be using a word/term from this movie or that, without remembering its putrid source. Our radio, bill-board, internet ads, are contaminating enough, without us purposefully polluting our minds.

TAI – *Think. About. It.* Jesus’ birth-date is questionable but is commonly celebrated in December. Friend, Jesus is not honored by ditties about “Rudolph” or “Here comes santa clause” when sung by sinners. How much less then, should a Believer sing such disrespectful stuff? Yes, I knew we grew-up with it – but is it not time (“christmas” is months away) to think about & clean out all “santa” & ilk from Christian homes?
